  6. require to track all the costs against their equipment and all the revenue
  7. generated by using or renting their equipment. The job revenue can have
  8. standard hourly rates for each equipment code or you can setup special rates
  9. for a specific job. The rental revenue can be tracked separately for each
  10. equipment code and separate hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly can also be
  11. setup. The rental and job hours that the equipment is used can also be tracked
  12. which is also used for generating a preventive maintenance schedule

  14. The system allows you to track the actual maintenance costs for labor and
  15. materials in user-defined cost categories. Various reports and online inquiry
  16. is available to show the revenue and cost per hour which alerts management to
  17. potential problems before they become too costly. Monthly costs such as
  18. depreciation, insurance, and licensing can be automatically calculated and
  19. posted to each equipment code and integrated to FOREFRONT General Ledger
